Today in our bubble we did some paper mache art. This was lots of messy fun. We explored with our hands and discovered some new ideas about weight, as we soon realized too much paper and glue would make it all fall apart. We made sure after that to rip the paper into smaller pieces to glue onto our balloons, and they are now drying off. When they are dry we will pop the balloon and see our creations :)

You can also try this activity at home, to make the glue we used 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of water and 1/2 tablespoon of salt. First add half the water to the flour and stir, then add the remaining water to the mixture.

Once this is all stirred in like a paste, then mix in the salt and it is ready to go.
