Pet Day!

On Friday 12th April, the Paihamu room at BestStart North Road had their very first 'Pet Day.' Tamariki were able to bring along their pets from home to share with the group, explore ways we have to take care of pets (brushing, bathing, feeding) as well as take responsibility for our very own centre animals. This was part of our planning about 'Aroha' love for people, places and things. We had a range of animals from cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, chickens, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and birds.
