Further exploration of the children's current interest in animals has been researched and investigated through books, discussion between teachers and children, children and their peers and children asking their parents to bring in their pets. Children have extend their learning through team work - working together while increasing their vocabulary of words,  maths - size, shape, colours and science - being able to find links between different pieces of information.
