Puketaha Farm Visit
What a wonderful day 2 of holiday programme we had today at the farm. Our tamariki enjoyed taking the opportunity to pat the animals with their gentle hands and feed the chickens. Some of our tamariki even had the opportunity to collect eggs from the chicken coop as they were exploring the environment. This was a great opportunity for our children to learn more about animals and experience a different environment within their local area. Children expressed their interest by asking questions and sharing their knowledge within the group.
We also had some amazing parent helpers join us for our excursion, without whose help and support this trip would not have been possible. We value our whanau and their wonderful contributions!
