Here at Kamo central the tamariki have lots of fun getting messy and exploring their senses through lots of sensory play. This ranges from slime, gloop, water and things from our natural world.

Sensory play is a great way for tamariki to explore their senses through smell, sight, touch, hearing and touch. The children are exploring their curiosity and the ability to inquire into, research, explore, generate and modify working theories about the natural, social, physical, spiritual and human-made worlds.

They are using of all the senses and physical abilities to make sense of the world.

But most of all they are having so much FUN!
