Spray Painting Fun!

Here at BestStart Oamaru Kindy we love to find fun and creative ways to make art! Today we extended our creativity through spray painting! 

We used some recycled spray bottles, added some paint and water, taped some paper up and then the fun began! We had to be extra careful where we were spraying so we did not paint ourselves or our friends! The spray went a long way if it missed the paper! 

This was such a fun activity and the masterpieces at the end were Art Gallery quality!  

Activities like spray painting provide a wide variety of learning opportunities and promote so many great skills including...

- imagination

- mathematical and scientific concepts

- turn taking

- waiting/patience 

- relaxation and much more
