Our babies and toddlers strive to be independent and lead their play and learning.  Our kaiako (teachers) are responsive to our children’s ever-changing needs and ensure that our nursery day promotes and supports confidence and independence. 

Kaiako listen to children and follow their cues.  Children’s strengthens are recognised and encouraged and children are empowered to lead their learning and needs.   Through these strategies our children learn to take care of their own wellbeing and the wellbeing of others.
