Te Inuwai Park

This month tamariki (children) from the toddlers’ room (Purerehua) were able to visit our beautiful Te Inuwai Park, which is located across the road from the centre.

Kaiako (teachers) and tamariki (children) went to gather natural resources for art projects as well as to check on the park.  The centre, in partnerships with the local council, are Kaitiaki or guardians of Te Inuwai Park.

Such a wonderful time had by all tamariki (children) during this excursion, and some wonderful natural resources were found for our art projects.
