Te Papa's Matrariki tour
How much fun is it getting on the bus to Te Papa with your friends to enjoy a special Matariki tour and learning experience! So much fun as the children at BestStart Montessori Rongotai found out.
We joined with our sister centre, Montessori Kilbirnie, and had a wonderful day learning about Maori culture and customs, especially Matariki.
We had our very own Matariki celebration back at the centre with our families and friends, serving our Rawena bread that we had made ourselves.
