TEAMWORK at it's finest!
Wow, what a great day we had problem-solving, thinking, and communicating through team-building activity. Children had to hold a bamboo track and create a line for the ball to roll from one end to the other. We had great leaders throughout the experience, where children are learning how to use effective communication while problem-solving and guiding others to achieve the outcome they want.
Watching the children think about how to hold the bamboo, lowering and tilting it to let gravity do the work for them was a tricky task but one that they all seemed to enjoy. The times the ball fell only encouraged the children to persevere and rethink together what to do differently to change that result. This game was a great challenge, one even adults would enjoy trying.
