The Fire Truck Visits Flat Bush School Rd!
The children at BestStart Flatbush School Road were all excited to see four fire fighters walk into the centre!
The fire fighters took mat time to make friends with all the children before they were given the opportunity to see the fire truck and squirt water from the hose.
The fire fighters spent some time talking about fire safety and what to do to keep ourselves safe. Our children were great giving answers to all the basic questions being asked by the fire fighters.
What an amazing experience and opportunity our tamariki had, learning and discovering the many ways to keep ourselves safe in a fire, a fire fighter's role and all the equipment needed to put out fires.
