The World Around Us
Eton Mess, scones with jam & cream in the United Kingdom, Gim Bab (sushi) in South Korea, caramel horns in Chile & pavlova with kiwi fruit & cream in New Zealand. The prep room children have been travelling the world for the last month. Visiting the home lands of some of our tamariki, tasting well known traditional foods and learning some amazing facts. Next week we are heading off to China - we might just visit the Great Wall or have lunch at the Summer Palace, we let the children lead us to places of interest and together learn about “The World Around Us”.
