Transition to School

Transition to school is an important part of our daily programme where children are invited to work on numeracy and literacy in their special school book. Our approach to transition to school is making this optional for children to ensure this is not forced as we believe in promoting child’s choice. We strive to develop a love for learning to help support our tamariki to have a smooth transition to school. Our preschool teacher Hasina is a qualified primary school teacher so we are lucky to have Hasina’s experience to lead our transition to school programme.
