Uru Manuka Fiafia
Recently we attended the Uru Manuka Fiafia at Hornby High School where we performed some Pasifika songs and our amazing Tahu Potiki haka. Every year BestStart Buchanans Road attends the fiafia to perform and every year we are so proud of all our tamariki who are growing in their confidence to perform in front of a crowd. Every day in our centre throughout the year, we come together for a short waiata time and this really shows when we are able to get up and perform with so much enthusiasm and confidence alongside all of our friends as we participate in this amazing event in our schools community.
