Visit from our local heroes

Our local constable Don Allen and his friendly sidekick Piper came to visit us at Beststart Onehunga on Thursday, the children loved meeting Don and Piper.

Don shared with the children a bit about his job community and what he does to keep us safe, he also brought along some uniforms and hats for the children to try on.

We were also lucky enough to go and explore the police car, pointing out the bright colours and lights to the children and discussing how these let us know it is an emergency.
