Every week in New Zealand three families hear the devastating news their child has cancer. Chemotherapy means some of these kids have to face the world with no hair.

BestStart Merivale wanted to help these kids by joining thousands of ordinary Kiwis at schools, companies and community groups who wear a wig, shave their heads or style a funky hair-do to raise money yesterday on Wig Wednesday.

We had lots of fun dressing up and showing off our super funky wigs and raised $45.10 while doing so!
