We began our special events this year by having a “Water Fun Day" as a means to cool ourselves due to excessive heat from the heat waves. Our children enjoyed playing with the water balloons and bottles, washing their outdoor area, swimming in the water trough and showering under the water sprinkler. The children were very happy as they chatted with their whanau about how much fun they had with water.
