Waterplay fun in summertime
We love water play at Montessori Johnsonville over the summer months, but we are mindful of conserving water. We have a water barrel in which we collect rainwater, and sometimes top up with the hose. When the water is gone, that's it for the day but it doesn't stop the fun. One child discovered that if she worked with a friend and the friend turned the pump handle, she could cover the spout and spray water.
