At BestStart Parton Road, we understand the importance of sensory play and the endless benefits for young children’s growth and development. Sensory play supports and promotes language development, cognitive growth, motor skills, problem solving skills, and positive social interactions. Did you also know sensory play is great for calming an anxious or frustrated child?

The amazing teachers in our He Kakano room have been busy creating all sorts of sensory activities to help your baby learn and grow. From playing with bubbles to singing popular nursery rhymes, every Tuesday in our He Kakano room (birth - 2years) between 10 - 11am, there will be something different to inspire your baby’s curiosity.
