We made a waterslide!
We had a great adventure last week in our Jungle space where our Pre-schoolers come to play. Dan our kaiako (teacher) thought since it was such a lovely day what better way to cool down then to create our very own waterslide.
We had helpers at the ready, one of our friends on the hose to make it extra slippery and bubbly soap ready to go. The rest of our friends lined up excitedly waiting their turn. Once it was their turn at the platform, they could choose to slide down the slippery slide on all their own or Dan could lift the slide up for an extra fun ride.
Our children love to be explorers of the world around them and today it was a great opportunity to discover different ways they could challenge themselves physically in a safe environment with the support of Dan their side. It was pretty clear by the smiles and laughter all around that fun was certainly being had! Bring on summer for some more fun adventures in The Jungle!
