Here at BestStart Manly our curriculum is focused on play. We believe this is how children learn best. Through play, children are learning to explore, build relationships, be creative, use their imagination, communication….the list could go on!

Some daily play here at BestStart Manly can include, but is not limited to: water play, sand pit play, carpentry, family play, real life cooking, playground and monkey bars to climb, painting, drawing, messy play and helping to take care of our animals. The saying ‘work is a child’s play’ is very correct! 

Beststart Manly teachers ensure there are open ended resources to facilitate and support children in their play, and believe the options in terms of how a child plays is endless and this is supported and encouraged!
