We're flying to the moon!
Over the last few days, the preschool children have been working hard to build a rocket ship.
The children had an interest in rockets and space so the teachers suggested they could make their own rocket to play in.
The children helped with the design and construction of the rocket to get the right shape and then they chose what colours to paint it.
The children all worked hard to paint the rocket together and now the children are wanting to put some lights inside the rocket as well!
The children are developing their creativity, problem solving skills and learning to work together as a team to achieve a goal. The children are developing their concentration and attention span as they work on one project across a number of days.
