Maich Road Babies
BestStart Maich Road is an early learning centre located in Manurewa, South Auckland. We provide high-quality early education and award-winning childcare for children aged from 3 months until they are ready to go to school.

Memories in the Making.

At BestStart Maich Road, we believe in creating cherished memories by learning through play while embracing the beauty of our natural outdoor areas. Our spacious outdoor areas with mature trees and shade cover provide a wonderful opportunity for children to play, learn, and explore. We aim to create positive, happy memories and learning experiences that children take with them beyond our centre. We are open right through the school holidays and have a range of flexible times to suit every family.

We implement teaching initiatives to help with your child's transition to primary school, carefully designed to support children’s next big learning step. Through open communication with families, we support children as they develop the skills and attitudes for becoming lifelong learners, ensuring children leave BestStart Maich Street excited for their next adventure and with a kete of lovely early childhood memories.

Our Team

Our team of qualified teachers have a wide range of experience and know exactly what it takes to excite, motivate and extend children’s learning. Our learning environments are age-specific and the memories we create are of belonging, a curiosity to learn, and the joy of gaining independence.

Our Spaces

As children grow and their learning and development progress, they will transition to different rooms within our centre. We have three age-appropriate rooms, each with a large outdoor area offering a rich diversity of learning through play and experiences to support physical activity.
