At BestStart Māngere East, we take pride in our commitment to quality early childhood education since our establishment in 2016.

Initially licensed for 250 children and staffed with over 40 individuals, we’ve prioritised a shift towards smaller numbers to enhance the quality of teaching and learning. Our focus revolves around celebrating diversity—accommodating various cultures, religions, traditions, and values—and creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Nestled in the heart of the vibrant community of Māngere East, our centre is privileged to be surrounded by iconic landmarks such as Massey Homestead and Māngere Mountain. We actively engage with our local schools, libraries, shopping centres, and cultural institutions, fostering strong connections that enrich our localised curriculum and extend learning beyond the classroom.
