To all the wonderful teachers, I can’t speak highly enough of the excellent education you have provided for my son. He is so confident with learning new things. He loves singing all the songs he has learnt at the centre and I enjoy him teaching me the songs and actions. He also likes story time and reading the story back to me.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all the teachers for providing a pleasant environment full of joy for the little ones. Our daughter loves going everyday to explore and learn new things. The teachers are very loving and caring and communicate well with the parents regarding any specific need of the child and understand the child’s behavior. I was very much touched by the Mother’s Day gift idea of my daughter’s hand impression with a lovely note on it. It will be cherished for a life time. We are quite contented sending our child to this centre knowing that she will be able to explore her interests to the best of her ability.

Lovely bunch of staff that I trusted to look after my children. Always welcoming. It was sad when my eldest started school as I knew he would miss them all very much. My youngest is with the centre now and would miss going there when he goes to school. It puts my mind at ease knowing that my child is being looked after by people that I trust, whilst I have to go to work, I don’t have to worry about what is happening to them as they are in safe hands.

I just wanted to say that Sally who drives the participation van is a very good influence on the children who ride with her. She always wears a beautiful smile when greeting the kids. My daughter Joanna adores her, she gets excited when the horn goes off and tells us to hurry. Joanna constantly tells us that Sally has said and talked about something new each day. Sally has been doing more than just her job when she drives the children, she is an amazing influence. I look up to people who impart wisdom and she is one such person. I would like to thank Sally for not just keeping Joanna and the other 4-5 children safe but also teaching them new things and being ever so patient and kind.

We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to all the staff of Best Start Newton for looking after Sid very well and especially for acting as a bridge for him as he adjusts into life in New Zealand and more importantly as parents we are grateful for the support that Sid received at the centre as he grows and develops.
We have noticed how Sid has improved his vocabulary and social skills. When we are at home, we hear Sid say words that we do not recall ever saying to him which is always a pleasant surprise for us. We appreciate how the centre tirelessly encourages Sid to have his meals and for the patience they have when Sid has days when he is not on his best behavior, the action plan that they laid out for Sid during that difficult period was quite comprehensive, made us feel involved and helped us gain new parenting strategies. We love it when Sid comes home excited to show us a new art project or anything that he has made while he was at the centre, as parents, that tells us how the centre encourages, promotes and gives importance to creativity and learning.
We are thankful for the frequent feedback that we receive form Best Start Newton and the beautifully presented Storypark’s.
We would like to wish Best Start Newton all the best for the future and would highly recommend the centre to parents who would like their child to receive the best care.

Our son (Drishan - 5 years old) was enrolled in centre 4. We were very happy with your services. Sanhita, Shakila and Aasma were really caring. Sanhita was his favorite and sometimes, he still talks about her. That helped us make the decision to enrol our younger daughter Mukta (7 months old) at BestStart Newton. She is in centre 1. She has now completed her 5 weeks at your centre. And I would like to inform you that, we are very happy with her care. She has settled very well and seems happy when I come to pick her up. She is always comfortable with Ju, Shivani and Sharmila. Just wanted to share feedback with you and to say thank you!

I hope you are all well in Auckland. Clara is settling in beautifully to her new BestStart daycare down here but she asks about you often. I will put some photos on Storypark so you can see what she has been up to. It is a relief to finally get down here and Clara is enjoying all the visits from her grandparents and aunties and uncles.
I’ve just filled in the survey that came from BestStart but in case you don’t see those comments, I can confirm that the comments were all very positive! We consider ourselves very lucky to have chosen to send the girls to BestStart Newton. Anabelle was so very well prepared for school when she left and Clara was very happy coming to see you all each week. I loved how well you all knew and understood her, as she often takes some time before she is comfortable with others. I was in a large amount of trouble for failing to take a photo with you the day we came in to say goodbye as she misses you all!
I particularly love the fact that the staff is so stable at the centre as it has meant that we have got to know each other well as our children have come through the classes. It is a shame Alex won’t get to be in your class!

Nita has a loving and attentive approach to childcare, particularly her ability to reassure parents during drop-offs and capture special moments of children's development. She emphasizes social skills, regularly sharing photos of children engaging with others. Stephanie is friendly, organized, and professional, she's is amazing at creating a sense of community. The baby room is a loving and caring environment with personalized attention, advice on childrearing, and a very smooth transition to the toddler room. The toddler room is highlighted for its kind and fun teachers, their focus on teachable moments, and outdoor activities, and their intuitive understanding of children's moods and interests. Overall, the daycare is lauded for its well-organized and loving culture.
