BestStart Parklands

Located in Parklands, Christchurch, BestStart Parklands is a welcoming childcare and early learning centre where children are supported to feel a strong sense of belonging, wellbeing and confidence. We celebrate each child as an individual, creating an environment where they can be themselves, build meaningful relationships and develop a love of learning.

Whether your child is starting childcare for the first time or getting ready for school, our centre offers:

• A strong start to school: Our Set for School programme helps tamariki build the confidence, independence, social skills and early literacy and numeracy skills they need for starting school. With Parkview Pārua Primary School just across the road, our strong relationship with local schools gives children valuable opportunities to become familiar with their next learning environment.
• Learning through relationships: Strong relationships are at the heart of our approach, giving children the security and confidence to explore, develop new skills and become increasingly independent.
