Our Nursery room, with its warm ‘Pepe at Play’ sign, is where tamariki’s early learning journey begins. Here, children develop their love for learning through play, laughter, and caring relationships. We ensure that their care needs are met with sensitivity and respect, while also providing a space where tamariki can confidently express themselves. The nurturing environment is centered around the values of Aroha, where every child knows they belong and are valued.

Our centre provides a nurturing and engaging environment where tamariki can thrive. The spacious rooms and outdoor areas are designed for exploration, creativity, and physical activity. We treasure the contributions of our farming community, incorporating familiar resources such as tractors, trucks, diggers, and farm animals into our classrooms. The environment is a place where tamariki feel safe to express themselves and develop a love for learning through play. We also value the input of whanau and aim to build strong, meaningful relationships to create a sense of belonging for all.

Ruma TinanaPreschool
In the Preschool room, tamariki continue their journey of exploration and discovery. Building on the foundations laid in the Nursery, our Preschool environment is a space where children further develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills. We embrace the voices of tamariki, encouraging them to share their thoughts, ideas, and knowledge. We also maintain strong ties with local primary schools, helping tamariki prepare for the next exciting step in their learning journey.
Ruma WairuaKindergarten
Our Kindergarten room provides tamariki with an environment where they can grow into confident, capable, and independent learners. The focus is on the Set for School programme and fostering a love of learning through exploration, curiosity, and respectful relationships. With the support of our dedicated kaiako, tamariki are encouraged to build strong connections with their peers and community, creating a sense of belonging that extends beyond the center. Our children take great pride in sharing their achievements with past teachers and whanau, especially as they transition to primary school.
