BestStart Taita is a wonderful early learning centre located right in the heart of Taita, next to the Walter Nash Stadium. We provide quality education and care for children aged between 3 months to 5 years old.

Imagine a vibrant six-petal poppy surrounded by beautiful Pasifika patterns. This image captures the heart of our center's philosophy. Each petal of the poppy represents one of the six key parts of our philosophy, all connected to our core values of language, culture, and identity.

Our history as a converted RSA symbolizes our growth and commitment to excellent childcare and education. The Pasifika patterns around the poppy reflect our strong community ties and rich cultural heritage. They remind us of our roots and guide us in nurturing your children.

Each petal is a crucial part of our educational approach, woven into everything we do.

Our Team

We have a diverse but tight knit team and each of us bring unique of knowledge and experience to our centre. With diverse backgrounds and a wealth of experience, our educators work collaboratively to support each child's development.

To all of the amazing teachers and staff at BestStart Taita, we are very grateful and happy with your warm interactions with our kids and family, it has been six amazing weeks so far, you guys have made my kids transitioning very smooth and awesome! I was very worried about leaving our old childcare because the kids had known that environment all their life, but with all your love shown to them, they hardly remember their old teachers. Keep up your great job and know that you are always appreciated.

I have a five year old who was attending BestStart Taita from the age of three years who recently transited to school as a confident boy with all necessary skills required for starting up his new adventure, and a two year old been attending a centre from the age of 7 months old from my last three year of experience of BestStart Taita I can say its an excellent, fun and friendly environment for all age groups. Teachers are trained, experienced, encouraging and very friendly. The child gets overall personality development. Parents are adequately informed about the child's routine and constantly interact with them to take the child's growth further through Storypark and regular review meetings; All Teachers go the extra mile in caring for the children and support them with everything to bring them to equilibrium. So I would strongly recommend BestStart Taita.
