BestStart Wooing Tree

At BestStart Wooing Tree, our diverse teaching team reflects the multicultural community of Cromwell, with kaiako from Aotearoa, the Philippines, China, Chile and Zimbabwe. Each teacher brings their own culture, experiences and strengths to the centre, creating a learning environment where tamariki are surrounded by different perspectives and encouraged to be curious about the world around them.

For whānau, that means a team that values belonging, inclusion and genuine connection. Our kaiako work closely with families and the wider Cromwell community to understand what matters to each child and create an environment where every tamaiti feels known, respected and supported. We celebrate the cultures that make our community special while building strong relationships that help tamariki feel confident to learn and grow.
