Promotional Terms & Conditions – March Enrolment Gift

1. Promotion Period
   This offer is valid for new enrolments confirmed between 2 March and 31 March 2026 (inclusive) at any BestStart centre, or while stocks last.
2. Eligibility
1. Available to new enrolments only.
2. Enrolment must be fully completed and accepted during the promotion period.
3. Enrolment and eligibility for the Gift are subject to space availability at the selected centre and for the requested days and times. If spaces are not available, the enrolment cannot be confirmed and the Gift will not be provided.
4. The child must commence attendance on or before 10 April.
3. Gift Offer
1. Eligible families will receive one high-quality Hape educational toy/s or toy and book set (“Gift”) from a number of options. Each option is worth over $100 RRP. Limit one Gift per family.
2. Gifts are limited to the first 1,000 eligible enrolments received during the promotion period.
3. Stocks of each Gift option are limited; BestStart reserves the right to substitute with a toy of similar style and equal or greater value, or to require families to select an alternative available option.
4. Families may choose from the selected range on a first-come, first-served basis. BestStart will place the order once the signed enrolment form, all required paperwork, and the family’s selected option have been received.
4. Gift Fulfilment
1. Gifts will be shipped to the enrolling BestStart centre to be given to the family.
2. Gifts are not provided prior to commencement of attendance and will be given after scheduled settling visits have been completed.
5. Limitations
1. One gift per family.
2. The gift is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
3. Once awarded, the Promotor is not liable for any part of the gift that is lost, stolen, damaged. The Promotor is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the gift, including that resulting from inadequate supervision, misuse, or use other than in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or intended purpose.
6. Verification
1. The promoter may verify eligibility and enrolment details before issuing the gift.
2. If an enrolment is withdrawn or start date deferred beyond 10 April, the offer will no longer apply.
7. General
1. The promotor is BestStart Educare, 561 Great South Road, Manukau 2401.
2. This promotion may be used in conjunction with selected centre introductory offers, should a centre be offering this.
3. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
