At BestStart Bader Street, we believe that the most meaningful learning happens when educators and families work as a team.
One of the key ways we bring this philosophy to life is through our biannual Parent-Teacher Interviews — held every six months to ensure every child’s learning journey is supported, personalised and celebrated.
These interviews go beyond simply reporting on progress. They are designed to be collaborative, goal-setting conversations, where both educators and parents contribute equally. Together, we reflect on each child's strengths, interests, and growth areas.
More importantly, we co-create a set of learning goals that are tailored to each child's needs and aspirations. We see parents as our partners in education. Their insights, values, and hopes help shape the direction of our planning and enrich our understanding of each child.
This collaborative approach ensures that learning continues not just within our centre, but also at home — making it a consistent, supportive experience for the child. This strong home-centre connection fosters trust, strengthens communication, and empowers families to actively engage in their child’s development.
At our centre, you’re not just enrolling your child — you’re joining a team that works together to nurture confident, capable, and curious young learners.
