Celebrating Our Polyfest Performance Recently, our tamariki proudly took to the stage at Polyfest, showcasing the hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm they had shown throughout weeks of practice.

It was a wonderful opportunity for our children to share their learning and celebrate the cultures that make our community so special.

In the lead-up to the event, children eagerly participated in learning songs, dances, and cultural traditions, developing confidence and a strong sense of belonging.

Through these experiences, tamariki not only strengthened their performance skills but also gained a deeper appreciation for the diverse cultures represented within our centre and wider community. Our Polyfest performance beautifully reflected our centre vision of "Unity in Diversity."

At BestStart Mosgiel, we value and celebrate the unique identities, languages, and cultures that each child and whānau bring to our learning environment. Polyfest provided a meaningful opportunity for children to see cultural diversity in action, fostering respect, understanding, and connections with others. We are incredibly proud of the courage, confidence, and teamwork demonstrated by our tamariki on the day.

Watching them perform with such pride and joy was a heartwarming reminder of the importance of celebrating who we are while coming together as one community. Their performance truly embodied the spirit of unity through diversity that we nurture every day at BestStart Mosgiel.
