At Seymour Road Kindy, we organized a Pyjama Day to warmly welcome our new tamariki into the Seymour whānau. Creating a positive learning environment for newcomers is a priority for us, as we aim to help them feel at home.

Through various activities like nails and face painting, funky hairstyles, and bracelet making, we encourage positive relationships and a safe, inclusive space. The day included movies, popcorn, pizza, and nutritious snacks, promoting healthy eating habits. Our reading station was a hit, fostering a love for reading and boosting language skills.

This event showcased our tamariki's support for one another, a testament to our community's strength. With ages ranging from 2 to 5, older children proudly mentored their younger peers. We're immensely proud of our tamariki for making this event a resounding success.
