We recently wrapped up the year with our beautiful End-of-Year and Christmas in the Park celebration — and what a wonderful afternoon it was!
We invited all our Coast families, and the turnout was amazing. It was heartwarming to relax together, enjoy the sunshine, and connect with each other outside the busy day-to-day rhythm of the centre.
We kept things simple and fun for the children — a bit of colour on the cheeks with face paint, yummy food from the food trucks, and plenty of space to run, play, and soak up the excitement. One of the biggest highlights of the day was the tamariki performances.
Our children spent a lot of time practising their songs and dances, and they were so proud to stand up and perform for their families. Their confidence, teamwork, and joy absolutely shone through, and the smiles from parents and whānau said it all. And of course… Santa made a special appearance!
He arrived with plenty of festive cheer and gifts for the children, creating magical moments that we know they’ll remember. Events like this help us strengthen our Coast community — giving families the chance to meet one another, share in celebrations, and feel a real sense of belonging. As we close another wonderful year, we’re excited for what’s ahead.
We warmly invite all families to join our Coast whānau in 2026. Thinking about enrolling? Get in touch — we’d love to welcome you into our Coast community.
