Creating our own poppies
Today we have begun learning all about ANZAC, starting with the significance of Poppies. To engage the tamariki throughout their learning we incorporated fun art experiences to gain their interest. This also gave the tamariki to explore their sense and fine motor skills as they painted, cut and scrunched up materials with their hands. We will continue exploring ANZAC Day for the rest of the week.
