This month we have started to explore gift making for our parents. Heading into Christmas the children and teachers get creative to spread some cheer to their families after such an interesting year. Through creating gifts to give to their families our children are able to explore Christmas symbols such as Christmas Trees, reindeer and Christmas wreaths. The children are able to freely express their creative knowledge through these crafts and explore what Christmas is about.

Through these crafts our children are exploring threading, gluing and painting. They have created tree ornaments, cards and little items to decorate the house.

We will continue this interest into next month as we explore decorating our room, Christmas music, children's Christmas party and some yummy Christmas baking.
