Expressive Storytelling
Listening to expressive storytelling is one of the favorite activities of all the tamariki. On this day Makayla, Vayd, Joshua, Kaiden, Avyukt and Tangiariki enjoyed listening "We're Going on a Bear Hunt" story.They were full of curiosity during storytelling time. According to Te Whāriki "Books and storytelling are key areas of play that support children with listening, speaking, reading, and writing. There are many engaging ways to support children’s learning that will help them to be confident readers and writers."
