From a different perspective
Today the tamariki at BestStart Morrinsville decided they would like to do some drawing at a different level. They decided that drawing on the underneath of the table was a creative experience they would love to try out. We then went on a hunt to find some paper which we attached to the underneath of the tēpu. The tamariki then found their pens, pencils, and crayons to begin their creativity with, they lay down underneath the table, and began creating. We had all kinds of different creations being formed under the tēpu from families to unicorns to dragons and more. The tamariki loved this unique experience. This experience supports the children's muscle growth and gives them the opportunity to strengthen and supports their coordination skills.
