BestStart Blenheim Central grows confident explores by empowering children to gain confidence in themselves, in activities such as climbing and painting.
These activities include climbing up the stairs, climbing up on the planks and rope bridge and painting. From these experiences the children are empowered to gain confidence from being encouraged to take a turn and give it a try in a trusting environment where they feel safe and know there is support their when they come stuck or unsure. They also gain confidence and control of their bodies, gross and fine motor skills and movement from these activities.
