In our centre our kaiako (teachers) love to encourage us to work with and alongside one another. They set the centre environment up so that we have plenty of opportunities to explore new resources, test out our working theories, re visit our learning and learn to self-regulate. 

They provide us with plenty of opportunities and time where tuakana teina relationships are fostered supporting us to share our own knowledge around our culture and learn about others.
