The Kea room has been busy using their very overactive and creative imaginations.
First, we extended the family corner and baby interest with bathing, feeding, dressing, playing games and nurturing which led to creating a supermarket as the babies were hungry.
This was fun and everyone took turns being the cashier. It led to some negotiation and great decision making due to the shop stock running out so everyone agreed to a limit of 3 items for their shopping bags.
The bus arrived to relocate our hardy shoppers and babies however, the ride home did take a little longer than expected as we drove past Old MacDonald’s farm and you guessed it…. We needed to stop to check on the animals.
This led to the creation of our very own Farm Park complete with dinosaurs, bugs and of course farm animals. In the meantime, the bus had turned into a plane complete with a check in desk. As our ground crew used their computers to check everyone in and hand out their boarding passes our passengers waited patiently until the flight was ready to go. Soon we were zooming towards home with the cabin crew handing out ipads as a replacement of magazines!
Our adventures continued upon landing as we set off to do a bit of camping! The packing list was created, bags were packed, a campsite located, tent pitched, and the campfire prepared to toast our marshmallows before a quick nap after a very busy day.
