Our centre vision is to be “Nurtured, Blossom, then Grow”. We value our children as active learners who choose, plan, and challenge, and we provide an empowering environment where they have the agency to create and act on their own ideas while developing knowledge and skills in areas that interest them.

We have open spaces full of resources including natural, stimulating inside and outside environments for children to explore. We use Te Whariki to guide our teaching practices and create an environment that will help to empower the children to learn and grow as competent learners while being supported in learning experiences through fun, child-oriented, challenging, stimulating, and meaningful play in a safe and secure environment to challenge children’s thinking and practicing skills.

As a team, we are committed to the bi-cultural heritage of Aotearoa, New Zealand which is reflected in our day-to-day teaching practices and meaningful interactions with our tamariki and whanau. We have a local primary school in our neighbourhood and we are a team of fun-loving, motivated, and educated teachers who believe in providing children with quality care and education. We are committed to enhancing our teaching practices, knowledge, and skills through ongoing learning and holistic development of the tamariki.
