BestStart Pukekohe West is an early learning centre located in Pukekohe. We provide high-quality early education and award-winning childcare for children aged between 3 months and 5 years old.

At BestStart Pukekohe West, we value our children as active learners who choose, plan, and challenge themselves. We provide an empowering environment where tamariki have the agency to create and act on their own ideas while developing knowledge and skills in areas that interest them.

We believe in strong community connections and we have developed very close relationships with nearby schools and the local library, who often visit us to read stories to the children. We have won Healthy Heart Awards and our centre cook provides healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for the children each day.

Our Team

We are a team of fun-loving, motivated, and educated teachers who believe in providing children with quality care and early education. We are committed to enhancing our teaching practices, knowledge, and skills through ongoing learning and holistic development of tamariki. We aim to empower children to become competent, lifelong learners while supporting them through fun, challenging, stimulating, and meaningful play in a safe and secure learning environment.
