At BestStart Arawhata Road Kindy we are dedicated to teaching our tamariki about how to keep their bodies healthy. An essential part of our programme is learning all about eating a healthy diet and keeping our bodies healthy. 

This month we have had a busy month in our garden planting vegetables and introducing 'Healthy Choices' at kai times and a special birthday tray. We have also had a special visitor - Melissa from Plunket who taught us all about healthy eating and how to care for our teeth!
