Literacy at BestStart Oamaru Kindy
Our children are provided with many exctitng ways to engage with literacy here at BestStart Oamaru Kindy!
Today the children had fun creating their own snowflakes as many children have been having fun in the snow this winter!
This activity started with the tamariki researching how snowflakes are formed through our season book and the iPad. They then had fun discussing there own experiences playing in the snow with their friends and then finished off this experience creating their own snowflakes!
They chose to create these using paper and pencils, so they could take their creations home to show their whanau.
