We started the day off by prepping all the kai for our Hangi, Boil Up and Veggie Soup. 
We had some amazing parent and whanau support - one of our Grandfathers did our delicious Hangi and some of your mums came in to help make soup with the tamariki and prep all the vegetables! 

Later that evening we invited all our parents and whanau back to our centre for a special performance and to celebrate the Maori New Year with a delicious kai!
