We were so thankful for all of our wonderful parents and whanau who donated kai for our hangi and came along on the evening to join in on a special night to celebrate each other and the Maori New Year.

We had a fantastic turn out with all of the children enjoying themselves as they danced and played under the fairy lights, toasted marshmallows around the campfire, and filled their puku's with a delicious Matariki Feast.

What a tumeke way to come together as a whanau with all of our families and share in the learning of our tamariki.
