I am excited to introduce the team from the Rotoiti room (3 year old) space!
Moving from left to right we have;
Nieza: Nieza is a caregiver who has been with BestStart Pukuatua for over 3 years. Nieza started as a reliever here at Pukuatua and then she became part of our team. Nieza loves to laugh and have fun while learning happens alongside this.
Flick: Flick is a qualified registered teacher here at BestStart Pukuauta. Flick is also a trained primary school teacher, so her skill set stretches far and wide. Flick can support environments that include inclusion, structure, and learning opportunities that include extension for whanau and Tamariki.
Cathi: Cathi is a qualified registered early childhood teacher and a qualified primary trained teacher. Cathi creates a space that offers learning experiences with chances of extension, learning links with the Set for School programme that BestStart offers.
All tamariki and whanau within the Rotoiti environment learn alongside each other with structured mat times and waiting areas for kai.
Cathi, Nieza and Flick all provide an environment that is positive and warm. Whanau feel a sense of belonging within this space. Take some time to see this space for your 3-year-old and get them Set for School!
