BestStart Ascot Avenue is hosting a Parent Information Evening facilitated by a Plunket Nurse, created to support parents and whānau with trusted advice around nutrition for young children.
This session will cover common questions many families have, including when to introduce cow’s milk, when to stop formula, and general food provisions and nutrition for young children.
The evening will include a short presentation followed by an open discussion, giving parents the opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed and supportive environment.
