Meet our Tikitapu (under 2's) Team!

Moving left to right, we have: 

Nimfa: Nimfa offers the youngest members of our whanau opportunities to play, learn, sign, learn to be alongside each other and to learn new skills every day, with nurturing being the forefront. 

Vicky: A qualified registered teacher who has been in the Early childhood field for over 20 years. Vicky comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Vicky has strengths in making sure all children are in an environment that offers a chance for empathy, fun learning experiences, serve and return, inclusion, and understanding the youngest members of our whanau cues for feeding, sleeping,etc... Vicky has many years of experience and is able to build positive, warm and caring relationships with all our Whanau. 

Cushla: Is a qualifed register early childhood teacher that has been here at BestStart Pukuatua for 3 years. Cushla comes with skills and knowledge that really help us to provide an environment that nutures and offers awahi for our youngest whanau members. Cushla has a passion for making sure our youngest members are given opportunities to learn alongside others, have fun while learning, allow moments for quality care and 1-1 special moments. Cushla can build relationships with whanau where advice and knowledge is shared often.
